What is mychoice?

mychoice is how you get great rewards, simply by playing your favorite slots and table games. This player loyalty program gives you the power to earn points at any Pinnacle Entertainment property nationwide.

What are the tier levels and how do I move up the tier levels?

Tier levels open up greater levels of rewards, based on your play. You can move up to higher tiers by playing more and earning tier points. The higher your tier, the greater your rewards.


You’re automatically enrolled at the Choice Tier when you sign up with mychoice.


Earn 2,000 tier points annually to achieve Advantage status.


Earn 15,000 tier points annually to achieve Preferred status.


Earn 50,000 tier points annually to achieve Elite status.

The Owners Club

Earn 175,000 tier points annually to achieve The Owners Club status.

Tier points are re-set at the first of each year, but you’ll be upgraded to your higher tier status as soon as you earn the required point threshold.

What happens if I lose my mychoice card?

You can get a duplicate card by stopping by the mychoice Center at your closest Pinnacle Entertainment destination. Don’t forget to bring a valid photo ID.

If I lose my card, do I lose my benefits?

You keep your benefits until your card level expires. If you lose your card, visit the mychoice Center and show your valid photo ID. We’ll give you a replacement in a jiffy.

How do I earn tier points and mycash?

1. Insert your mychoice card into the slot machine you’re playing. Or if you’re at a table, show it to your dealer.

2. You earn tier points based on this formula:

  • $5 coin-in = 1 tier point
  • $10 video poker coin-in = 1 tier point
  • Table games = game x average bet x how long you play

The more you play, the more tier points you earn. The more tier points you earn, the higher your tier. And the higher your tier, the more benefits you enjoy. Just remember that tier points can’t be spent.

3. mycash is what you spend to get the things you enjoy. You can redeem it for everything from free slot play to dining to shopping, accommodations and even cash back. Double the value of your mycash when you use it for hotel, dining or retail (for example, $2 in retail shopping = $1 mycash). Slot play is equal value ($1 slot play = $1 mycash). And if you redeem your mycash for actual cash, you get $.50 for every $1 in mycash.

My mychoice card expired, can I still use it?

The expiration date simply tells us that your card may not reflect your most recent tier, since you have between January 1 and December 31 of each year to earn a new tier. If your card is expired, you can also get an updated one at the mychoice Center

Will my points and mycash accumulate at all mychoice locations?

We’re working on adding this benefit. We’ll let you know when the location you visit is able to issue cards that work at other mychoice locations.

Will mycash expire?

After six months of inactivity your mycash will expire.

Will an offer I received be available to me at any mychoice location?

At the moment, your offers are good at the specific destination that sends them. We’re working on making offers good at all Pinnacle Entertainment destinations, but we’re not there quite yet. Stay tuned!

How long after I upgrade can I book my Las Vegas, Aruba Marriott Resort, San Juan Marriott Resort, The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba or The Ritz-Carlton, San Juan, and Royal Caribbean benefit (when eligible)?

We ask that you wait until the 15th of the month following your tier upgrade to book. That way we can be sure you enjoy the best service.

How do I get offers in the mail?

You’ll get special offers in the mail based on your level of play. Remember to update your address periodically, this way you won’t miss out on any offers.

Why do I need a PIN (personal identification number)?

We value your privacy and protection. With your unique PIN, you and you alone are able to access your bonus, comp and mycash rewards. You can also use your PIN to download your rewards and mycash while you’re at your favorite slot machine. Too add or reset your PIN, just stop by the mychoice Center.

Why have my offers decreased?

When we mail offers to you, they’re based on your level of play from two or more months back. If your play has increased since then, later offers will reflect that. Just make sure you’re getting all the rewards you deserve by ensuring your mychoice card is fully inserted into your slot machine during play, and that you always show your card to a dealer when you’re at the tables. account log in:

How do I create my account on

It’s pretty easy. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

1. From the left panel titled “Member Login” on the home page, select the Pinnacle Entertainment destination that issued your mychoice card.

2. Click the “CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT” link at the bottom of the panel.

3. When the pop-up box appears, enter your email address.

4. In the next field, enter your mychoice card number (without the preceding zeroes).

5. Next, enter your date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY format, please)

6. Enter your zip code.

7. Finally, enter the password you’d like to use and confirm it in the following field. Remember, it’s case-sensitive.

Why did I receive an error message while creating my account?

It’s probably due to one of two things:

1. An account might already exist for the mychoice number you entered. Try clicking the “forgot password” link to see if there’s already an online account associated with your card.

2. The personal information you entered does not match the information on your mychoice card. You can visit the mychoice Center and one of our representatives will help clear everything up with your updated information.

How do I change my password if I have forgotten it?

Simple. Just follow these easy steps:

1. From the left panel titled “Member Login” on the home page, select the Pinnacle Entertainment destination that issued your mychoice card.

2. Click the “Forgot?” link above the password field.

3. In the box that appears, enter your mychoice card number, date of birth and zip code.

4. Enter your new password and confirm it in the following field. Remember, it’s case-sensitive.

5. Your new password is now activated!

Why did I receive an error message while changing my password?

This happens when the personal information you entered doesn’t match what we have on file for your mychoice card. A representative at the mychoice Center will help you straighten things out.

How do I change my password once I have logged into my account?

Here’s how:

1. Once you have successfully logged into your account, click the “Account Details” link on the left side of the page.

2. Click the “+” next to “Would you like to change your password?”.

3. Enter your current password, the new password you have chosen, then confirm the new password. Remember, it’s case-sensitive.

4. Next time you log in, you can use the new password.

Why do I need to validate my account?

We want to be sure we’re sending email updates to the right address. That way you never miss out on important information or new benefits. Validating your email address after you create your account helps us do that.

I did not receive the validation email, what should I do?

Try checking your spam folder – it might be in there. If not, you can log into your account, click the “Account Details” link on the left, review your email address to make sure it’s correct, then click “click here to re-send.” You should receive the validation email shortly after that.

How do I change the email address on my account?

Just log into your account, click “Account Details” on the left, and then enter your new email address under “PERSONAL INFO.” Click save.

How do I change the mailing address on my account?

Just log into your account, click “Account Details” on the left, and then enter your new mailing address under “PERSONAL INFO.” Click save.


How do I download the myconnection application on my phone?

It depends on which location you want to connect with:

1. For Ameristar, Belterra Park, and Cactus Petes locations , you can get myconnection at, simply by logging into your mychoice account.

2. For Belterra Casino Resort, Boomtown Bossier, Boomtown New Orleans, L’Auberge Baton Rouge, L’Auberge Lake Charles, and River City Casino, visit your app store to download.

Once you’ve downloaded the app, click the mychoice icon at the bottom of the screen. After that, select “View mychoice Account” followed by “View Player Info”. Finally, log into your account with your account number and the PIN you chose at the mychoice Center.

How do I access myconnection on my personal computer?

Just visit and log into your mychoice account. If you are at the Preferred, Elite or Owners Club tier, you’ll see the icon for myconnection on the left side of the screen.

How do I send VIP services a message?

We want you to feel like a VIP all the time, so we make it easy. Just select the property you want, type in the message box, then click “VIP Services.”

How do I send my host a message?

Easy. Select your destination, type your message in the box, then click the button with your host’s name.

Why don’t I see my host in myconnection?

Your host won’t be visible unless he or she is available on myconnection at that time.

Are my myconnection messages private?

· If you’re communicating with VIP services or your host, then yes – it’s completely private. If you post a message in the community, it’s visible by everyone in your tier community. Remember that communities are a great forum to communicate with other members at your tier.

How do I change the default property in myconnection?

It’s an easy change. Select “Edit myconnection Preferences” in the upper-right corner and select a new option under “Primary Destination.”
