mychoice is a player rewards & loyalty program that gives you the convenience of carrying one card for both slots and table games when playing at Pinnacle Entertainment’s seven properties.
Your tier level is based on how many tier points you have earned, which is based on your play.
There is no tier point minimum at the Choice level.
Earn 2,000 tier points annually to achieve Advantage status.
Earn 15,000 tier points annually to achieve Preferred status.
Earn 60,000 tier points annually to achieve Elite status.
Earn 175,000 tier points annually to achieve The Owners Club status.
The tier points are reset the first of each year, but you will be upgraded to the higher tier as soon as you achieve that level of points throughout the year.
Cards will expire on March 31st of each year. Your new tier will be based on the points earned the previous calendar year. You will be upgraded to the higher tier as soon as you achieve that level of tier points. When you next visit a mychoice Center you will be given a new card for that tier.
Direct mail offers are mailed to members based on their level of play.
Your PIN is your unique identifier, protects your account and ensures only you have access to bonus, comps and mycash rewards. Your PIN also allows you to: download rewards, and view your mycash balance and rewards directly at a slot machine.
Your PIN number may have been updated, or your account may not have a PIN number assigned. Please visit your property mychoice Center to reset your PIN number.
Simply stop by your property mychoice Center and one of our representatives will provide you with a duplicate card.
No. Simply go to the mychoice Center on your next visit with a valid photo ID, and a member of our staff will be happy to provide you a new card. Your benefits remain the same as long as your card level has not expired.
